5. Shipping & Delivery

As a dropshipping brand, shipping times may vary depending on your location and supplier availability.
Typical delivery time is 6–8 business days, though delays can occasionally occur.

Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed. MyBoots is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or supplier issues.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).


6. Returns & Refunds

We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided that items are unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Certain products, such as intimate apparel or sale items, may not be eligible for return.

To initiate a return, contact our support team at shop@myboots.com. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as we begin processing and sending orders to suppliers immediately.
After 24 hours, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
