  • Question? Tracking number not received?
  • Answer: Allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to be sent to you via email. Note orders are not fulfilled on weekends, if an order is placed on Saturday or Sunday it will be fulfilled on Monday.
  • Question? Where is my order? 
  • Answer: Please use your tracking to locate where your order is as this is 100% accurate to its current location. Your tracking number is emailed to you separately after your order has been placed. 
  • Question? How long does delivery take? 
  • Answer: Our delivery times are from 4-6 days, although orders can take up to 14 days to arrive due to high demand.

Please note that our customer service team operate from Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm.
